Meet Nathan Mellows

I am an experienced health coach with qualifications as a Level 2 Gym Instructor, and a Level  3 Personal Trainer. 

I believe in the value of strength training and have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients and seeing them make improvements in their fitness and health.
